How Imaginations are the New Hotness

power of imagination:-I want to introduce a brand new thinking tool, but it's not brand new to you because you do it all the time but not consciously. the power of imagination. Einstein said imagination is more powerful than knowledge. because knowledge is what is, but imagination is what can be, and we think in words, which you also do in pictures.

When you are thinking about how you dream, you dream in images, but you don't see closed-captioned text at the bottom of the mental movie in your mind. When you are dreaming, you think in pictures and images. In fact, a picture is worth a thousand words. So there are a lot of powerful ways to think, and even with your memory, a lot of people tend to be better at remembering. what they see than what they hear. There is a Chinese proverb that goes, "What I hear I forget, what I see I remember, and what I do I understand." Imagery is a wonderful addition to our thinking. .not just using words, language, and questions, but thinking in pictures.

Did you know your mind can't tell the difference between something you vividly imagine and something that is real? Have you ever woken up from a dream that was so real that the images were so real that you were shaking, that you were perspiring, or that your heart was beating out of your chest? because your mind can't tell the difference between something it can vividly imagine and something that is real? A lot of people use the reverse: they imagine a result that they are afraid of. Whatever you are imagining on a regular basis, you are getting good at using the power of your imagination and your belief to change your physiology. We think in images all the time; it is not words; it is the pictures that we see inside our minds, and those pictures have power. What are you mentally rehearsing every single day? Are you visualizing your dream? Are you visualizing your goal? Are you visualizing how things are going? Because if you do the opposite, that takes you to the opposite place.

Self-awareness is not just the question that you are asking and your physiology and all these elements. They are the pictures in your mind. We think of images, and we can control those images. A lot of athletes visualize their success by visualizing their goals. What did Roger Bannister do in 1954? He broke the four-minute mile. Throughout human history, no one has run a mile in less than four minutes. How did he do it? It was not just physical training, it was mental training, imagination training, and a thought experiment where he would close his eyes and imagine himself crossing the finish line, looking at the clock, and the clock says three minutes and 59 seconds. He knows what you know: success is an inside-out process that takes the invisible and makes it visible.

It is not, and I will believe it when I see it. I will believe it when I see it. That is the power of your own imagination. So what was interesting about the story is: after he did it what happened after that? Nobody could for all that time. One person does it. What happens after that? Other people started to run a sub-four-minute mile. aware of the images inside their mind and took control of those images and that picture because the mind does not know the difference between something you vividly imagine and something that is real.

Albert Einstein would do these thought experiments where he would be seen sitting in a chair at Princeton and imagine himself sitting on a beam of light heading toward a clock and ask himself this question: What would that clock look like if he was riding on a beam of light? Do your own thought experiment. Visualize what you want most, see it, feel it hear it, believe in it, and then work daily for it. That is the success formula.
